MINROSA  was formed in July 2007 and is a family owned business , based in Bordertown, South Australia.

In January 2006  we were sent some samples of Himalayan Mineral Rock Salt to trial with our animals.
Our family has been  involved with farming for 4 generations and this has given us the ability to trial and evaluate the benefits of giving our animals a natural mineral supplement.Our livestock have access to the supplement all year round and if they "need it" they "lick it. "

"Nutrition in balance" is the key to our successful production of prime lambs and we describe Himalayan Mineral Rock Salt as a preventative supplement for animals,and when given constant access it has reduced the ailments in animals that occur with seasonal ,feed and reproduction changes throughout the year.
We found the blocks to be very hard and tolerant of damp conditions.There are no sweeteners in M.R.S.to attract animals.
