MINROSA is a supplement to animals nutrition and when given access to it, it has proven to lessen ailments, increase feed efficiency, productivity and promote better health generally.
If animals are doing poorly, it is a good idea to assess their nutritional intake, internal/external parasite status and perform a blood test to determine if there are any deficiencies.
Our soils are high in potassium and it is recommended that livestock have year round access to salt. As a result of using Minrosa we have also experienced less scouring, no losses from pregnancy toxaemia, and generally healthy fertile, productive sheep with low worm burdens that we run at high stocking rates.

Advantages of Minrosa:
- It is more easily metabolized by animals

- If animals need it, they will lick it but they can’t gorge it.
- Animals self administer, so no labour is required.
- Blocks are hard and weather resistant. Able to be used in all seasons with no wastage.
- Salt can be added/administered via drinking water. Always have an alternative source of fresh water available.
- No dirt or faeces contamination.
- Natural micro minerals are more easily absorbed into the blood stream.
- Sodium is vital in confined feeding situations
Application
- Blocks can be suspended by rope on a post, laid in a dry trough or in dryer conditions, left on the ground near a trough.
- Granulated or mash can be added to other supplements, food or water.
- For poultry add MINROSA to water but ensure fresh water is available also.
- Domestic pets can have a small block suspended in their enclosure.
